The second shot I can help you with, and that's only because I came across it for the first time just earlier today!
And here's another coincidence: that picture was taken from the second show of TBDT Promo Tour, the very next performance after the CBC show. It is from Avril's 'Nissan Live Set on Yahoo! Music,' in LA on March 5, 2007. It's a 7-song set, along with some fan questions and answers with Avril.
Note: NO pink stripe! Was Avril too shy to show off her new hair too soon on her adopted home turf? Or did she forget it, leaving it at home. I doubt that.
I searched the net today to see if anyone had a download of the Yahoo show. Have as yet to find one anywhere. Now I have seen some video copy/uploads of it on youtube, but they are poor quality.
Anyway, you can still watch the Nissan show on its own page @ Yahoo.

Do not try to search, Because I did not know what it was called, but now i know, in fact, the first photo and the second are the same, just look the shirt, I downloaded 5. 4 are of the concert and the other one that i showed you, only that the first photo is the official photo of the concert, I mean, photo shoot, I think.
anyway the first photo kill me!
I think that the pink stripe in her hair looks good, but the shadow in her eyes, when she do not exaggerates, she looks good, but sometimes exaggerates so much and does not look good.
